Modultec buildings are NOT demolished, our buildings are designed to be deconstructed (dismounted) and the materials may be reused and/or recycled.

Our buildings have a steel structure made of recovered or recycled steel from installations, equipment and waste of all types; 1,345 tons have been used in this way during the year 2009.

By using energy efficiency programmes, we have reduced our energy consumption by 13% in 2009, despite having increased productive output by 6% more than in 2008. Of the 459,987 Kwh consumed in 2009, 148,515 Kwh came from renewable energy sources.
