Csr - Modultec Modular Systems

Modultec considers its commitment to people as basic to our social responsibiltiy. We have traced several plans of action in this respect in recent years:
- Through the Occupational Training Plans, Modultec has successfully achieved the incorporation of women into jobs traditionally considered as only for men. Over 20% of our productive workforce are women, doing jobs in metal machining and transforming and in modular structure assembly both in factory and on site.
- Modultec, collaborates with several institutions, both public and private, in providing professional experience for groups that are under-represented in the metal industry or groups in danger of social exclusion, with the aim of helping them to get onto the job market. Our collaboration with FUNDACION METAL warrents special mention.
- Along these same lines, Modultec works to make further advances and progress in the Plan for Equality proposed as the main aim of our Human Resources policies management, which makes measures to reconcile work and family life their maximum priority.
- In the same way, Modultec has implanted systems of management and integration of diversity for our non-Spanish employees and also for the disabled or those in segments of the population in danger of exclusion: the unemployed over 45 years old, minorities or single parents; all groups which are represented in our staff.
