Modultec seeks new challenges, new horizons, open, global markets, and cities with better services for citizens and this pursuit of a sustainable economy, ever more respectful of the environment, has led us to adapt the changes taking place in 21st century society to construction: industrialized building as a system for constructing all types of buildings for all types of uses, with volume elements manufactured by an industrial process, means that our products offer our clients an integrated service which is fast, with no waiting times, adapted to their real needs and, above all, respecful of, and considerably improving the impact on, the environment.
Since construction of our buildings is almost totally carried out in our production centre, the acoustic impact on the environment produced by cutting pieces, using machines out of doors, etc. is eliminated; visual impact and waste are eliminated by having all the materials under control and stored in our installations, etc.
Moreover, since it is a totally industrialized system and therefore fulfills all the environmental requirements and regulations of the public administration, this leads to a greater control and respect for the environment, not only with regard to strict waste or construction subproduct treatment measures, but also in controlling all the work and handling of materials and avoiding any environmental impact since all work is carried out inside our industrial premises.

Quality
Our buildings are industrially manufactured using control systems throughout the production process which ensures total quality when carrying out construction.
Environment
In order to maintain efficiency and improve our environmental management, we annually carry out identification and evaluation of environmental factors, taking into account the nature, quantity, frecuency and control, defining, according to the data obtained, those aspects which require special attention.
We are taking a special interest in the optimization, management and evaluation of paper consumption, contaminated plastic and metal containers, aerosols, contaminated paper and cloths and oily wood shavings.
