MODULTEC is a company which manufactures industrialized, modular buildings, based in Gijón (Asturias), where we have a factory equipped with the most up-to–date technology and a modern, innovative engineering and product development centre capable of producing 200,000 square metres of buildings per year.

The industrialized construction we carry out is based on the building up of architectural volumes from a series of perfectly assembled structures which in turn make up a complete building. All of this is done through a flexible system adapted to the requirements and specifications of each client.

The MODULTEC building system has many advantages such as: much shorter completion dates (saving over 50% in building time), top quality materials, demanding and constant quality control, excellent finishing, sustainability and conservation of the environment.
