DROP is the F451 Arquitectura department that specializes in industrial construction.
The DROP housing unit is a prototype modular house that is fast to build, of the highest quality and fully customizable in terms of finishes.
From a basic 2 bedroom housing model, F451 has further developed two larger units –with three or four rooms– which start from the same basic unit, such that they can be built all in one go or as subsequent extensions to the two bedroom unit.
The DROP system provides high quality in terms of space, great versatility of use and the ability to adapt to any possible changes in requirements and available budget over time. The DROP system minimizes the environmental impact of the building process and provides optimum energy performance in the building once occupied.
